Class Schedule, Fees,
and Information |
THERE
IS CURRENTLY NO WAITING LIST FOR CLASSES
If
you wish to join our studio, the sooner you make your request,
the better.
You
must pay in advance a $700 class fee which covers the ESTIMATED total cost of your course including materials. Once
you pay your deposit, we begin to work with you to develop
your pattern so there is
no delay when your work space becomes
available.
NOTICE:
If you extend over the two month time period for the beginners
class, you will be responsible for STUDIO TIME and PROJECT STORAGE.
See rates below.
Storage charges will automatically be billed to your credit
card at the beginning of each month AFTER the allotted two month
period. Your two months does not begin until you begin to cut
out your pattern. You acknowledge and consent to this condition
when you enroll in the class.
-
There is limited storage space for student projects and in
the past we have had people abuse the privilege and extend
their class for several months. This was not fair to other
students who wanted to begin their class. If you make a reasonable
effort there is NO reason why you cannot complete
the project within the allotted time.
-
We run an open studio. After the first class you may come
and work on your project when it suits your schedule. You
may come as often as you like, all day everyday.
-
After completion of your first project, if you wish to continue
working at the studio, studio time is charged at a rate of
$2.50/hour. Again, if weeks pass with no activity, storage
fees apply. If you are making a "reasonable effort" storage
fees will not be applied.
-
Our hours are Mon~Sat, 10:00 am~10:00 pm. (Wishful thinking
actually. If I'm lucky, I get everyone out of the studio by
midnight.), Sunday hours are irregular. Sometimes we're open,
sometimes not. Call first. We are also open most holidays
with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years
days. For those who are 'early birds' (You know the type.
That person you would do harm to in the morning because they
are cheerful before you've even had your first cup of coffee.)
you may come to the studio to work before the official opening
time of 10:00 a.m. if you call the night before and let us
know you want to come early. There is no charge for early
access.
Fees
